		Important Reminders:
	•	1095 Affordable Care Act reporting is required.
	•	Penalties could be possible if required 1095 & 1094 forms are not filed to the IRS by the mandated deadlines.
	•	Recipients need to be mailed a copy of form 1095-B or 1095-C by the March 2nd deadline.
